We would like to welcome Isabella McKinley to our OFRBC family. Isabella arrived this morning at around 3:30 (weighing 7 pounds and 7 ounces) at Virginia Baptist Hospital to proud parents Joseph and Abigail McKinley. Isabella and both parents are doing fine. Both sets of extremely proud grandparents were at the hospital today to welcome the newest member of their families.
